Who we are: Mallorca Transfer, +34 615 886 553.
What we collect: your name, email, phone number, pickup address, flight number, travel dates and any requests you add to your booking.
Why we collect it: to arrange and carry out your transfer, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is the contract you make with us when you book, and our legal obligations.
Who receives it: Stripe handles card payments, and we never see your card number. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation.
How long we keep it: for as long as needed for your transfer, and then for the period tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by contacting us at the details above. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection agency (AEPD).
