Is the price per person?

No. Each price is for the whole vehicle. Your booking summary also shows what that works out to per passenger.

Can I book a return journey?

Yes. Add it in the Pickup details step, and both journeys go on one payment in the same vehicle.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Online bookings need at least 12 hours’ notice. For anything sooner, call +34 615 886 553.

How do I pay?

You pay by card online. Stripe handles the payment, so we never see your card number.

Can I add child seats or extra luggage?

Yes. Add them in the Extras step, and we’ll contact you if we can’t meet a request.

What if my group is larger than 4 people?

Choose a van for up to 8 passengers, or a bus for up to 11. The booking box selects the smallest vehicle that fits your group.

Which destinations do you cover?

You can book online to 25 destinations across Mallorca. For anywhere else, call +34 615 886 553 for a price.

How do I change my booking?

Call +34 615 886 553 and quote your booking reference.

Are there night or holiday surcharges?

No. The total you see when you book is the price for your route and vehicle, whatever the date or time.

Can I bring bikes, golf bags or a surfboard?

Add bikes and golf bags in the Extras step, and mention a surfboard in your notes. We’ll contact you if we can’t meet a request.

Do you offer wheelchair access?

Tell us a wheelchair user is travelling in the Extras step. We’ll contact you if we can’t meet the request.

Which vehicle do I need for 6 people?

The van carries up to 8 passengers, so it suits a group of 6.

Can I book a transfer to the airport as well?

Yes. Choose To the airport in the booking box, or add a return journey to your booking.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. Choose the company invoice option in the last booking step and enter your company name and VAT number.

Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes. Add it as a request when you book, and we will contact you if we cannot meet it.

In which languages can I book?

You can book in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
